We have an Eco-Council at Youlgrave All Saints' Primary School who work together, thinking of ways to make our school more environmentally friendly. We have chosen to focus on recycling, saving water and bio-diversity. So far, we have sorted the rubbish in classrooms and given each class a bin for: recycling, compost and general waste. We have made signs to go next to light switches and taps to help remind each other to switch off lights to save electricity and turn off taps to save water!
